October 28 - November 1

Excellent job with Mass last Friday!  We received a lot of compliments and I was very proud of everyone's behavior.  Also, our class Auction Project has been decided and we will begin the preliminary steps for this project this week.

Math - We have been learning the order of operations the last couple weeks and will continue to further our understanding and familiarity with these.  Homework can be expected Monday and Wednesday night with a Quiz on Friday.

Science - This will be our last week of nightly observations (yah!).  We will continue with our theme of ecosystems, homework can be expected every night (nightly observations, 2-4 minutes a night).  There will be a test on ecosystems (Unit 5 in Science book) Friday of this Week (Nov. 1st).

Social Studies - We have just begun our exploration of the early European settlers in the Americas and will continue to make our way through the chapter.  Students can expect homework twice this week.
