I hope everyone had a restful and relaxing Labor Day and that they are now fully restored and ready for another exciting week of school!
Math - In my Math class we are going to continue to look at place-value while introducing exponents. Students can expect homework most nights.
Science - Our journey into exploring what it means to be a scientist will continue as continue to make observations and create conlcusions with the weather. Students are expected to make nightly observations but will only have homework probably one of these nights.
Literature - Only a couple chapters left in Justin and the Best Biscuits in the World so students can expect homework every night including a short book review which will be given out as soon as we finish the book.
Religion - Review will be this Thursday with the Chapter test on Friday (as usual).
Planners - Parents, please make sure you are checking your child's planner every night and signing off on it (initialling) so we (the teachers) know that this is being viewed.
Spelling/Vocabulary - Students should be bringing home their spelling/vocabulary list in their planners. The test will be next Friday (9/13).
